Day Retreats
Beyond Barriers day retreats are designed to ignite inspiration and passion for finding and going 'BEYOND' in your life through movement, pushing outside of comfort zones, and the sharing of amazing stories from women just like you!!!
This event chooses to support women in as many ways as possible! We strive to seek out women-owned businesses within the community and support them by sharing their story and by purchasing their products and talents for our events.
Registration Includes:
- Coffee and Pastries for breakfast
- Catered lunch from Big Grove Brewery, various snacks throughout the day
- A cocktail/ mocktail to complete the day
- Gentle Yoga& Guided Meditation that is accessible to ANYONE!!
- Three incredibly inspiring speakers that live, work, and thrive in Iowa City!
- Journaling for notes and self reflection
- A raffle to raise money and awareness for DVIP (Domestic Violence Intervention Program)
